Noelle Caterino (she/her/hers) has been an executive assistant to dozens of executives for over 20 years. Her experience includes a proven track record of internal and external corporate event planning and execution. She is an experienced project resource and a proactive problem solver.

Noelle will always view customer service through the lens of the client with a critical eye for details. Completing a project well and efficiently for clients and groups is a source of pride and satisfaction. Integrity and transparency are of utmost importance.

Noelle was born and raised in Massachusetts where she still resides. She works out of her home which she shares with her husband, daughter, and two cats (Dunkin and Toffy). Noelle prefers beach vacations, downhill skiing, and exploring new restaurants when not at home.

She brings over 20+ years of customer service to her role here at Located.  The goal - to be an indispensable asset to meeting planners when locating the perfect venue, organizing travel arrangements and offsite activities, to ensure a highly successful program.

When not at a desk, Tara enjoys making memories with her family, spoiling her dog, Hank, and traveling everywhere.  Her motto, “Have passport, will travel!"

Ivan Quintanilla (he/him/his) is a seasoned travel professional with more than 15 years of experience covering tourism. As a travel writer, his articles have been published in the New York Times, Washington Post, National Geographic and New York Magazine, among many others. He has been featured as a travel expert on multiple podcasts, radio, television and web shows. 

He is also the creator of TravelingIQ.com, a travel site exploring leisure and LGBTQ+ travel, and its corresponding Instagram account: @travelingiq.

Ivan knows hotels. He’s researched, written, stayed at and explored hotels all over the world as a journalist, a guest, and now as a hotel site coordinator.

Ivan has also enjoyed a two-decade-long career as an actor with TV roles on Gotham, Blue Bloods, Law & Order and The Blacklist, to name a few. 

Early in his 26+ year tenure as a New Yorker, he worked with catering and event coordinators to orchestrate events ranging from cocktail parties to multi-room conventions. 

Ivan is also a native Spanish speaker. Bringing his diverse background to hotel site selection, Ivan helps to streamline the process, enhance the experience, and infuse a little joy into every collaboration.
