Maxwell Kaufman (he/him) brings over 25 years of managing complex logistics and operations to Located's hotel site selection and contracting team. Coming from film and television production—most recently as VP of Production at Lionsgate Alternative Television—he's spent his career coordinating teams, locations, and accommodations across the globe.
A native New Yorker who spent years in California before being happily dragged to New Jersey by his family, Maxwell understands that where your team stays matters. He's excited to leverage his production background to help Located's diverse clients find the perfect accommodations for their remote work and travel needs.
When he's not negotiating hotel contracts, you'll find Maxwell exploring new destinations with his family (the travel bug is real), on his yoga mat, listening to or playing music, catching a game, reading a good book, or behind the camera working on a passion filmmaking project. He believes great work happens when logistics fade into the background, and he's here to make that happen for Located's clients worldwide.

Julie Sisson (she/her/hers) has been working in entertainment for over 15 years and joined Located to help clients find exactly what they’re looking for across the globe. Her experience ranges from sourcing hotels in the Peruvian Amazon to the Azores islands, and everything in between.
Julie is an Emmy Award Winning Producer (Tiny Creatures). She was shortlisted for an IDA nomination for her work on History’s Tulsa Burning: The 1921 Race Massacre. Julie has worked on over 100 hours of documentary for television for clients including Netflix, History, Hulu, Oxygen & Discovery Channel. Additionally, she fit in a 1.5 year stint at Playbill Magazine. Julie splits her time between Brooklyn and Barryville, NY with her wife, daughter and cat.

Brandy Stroud (she/her/hers) brings more than 12 years of hospitality experience to Located, with a career that has taken her through hotel operations, sales, management, and corporate hospitality. Having worked with brands including Marriott and Choice Hotels, Brandy has a unique understanding of what it takes to create a successful hotel experience—from the first conversation with a client to all the details that make a program come together seamlessly.
A natural relationship builder and problem solver, Brandy believes hospitality is about more than finding a hotel—it’s about listening, understanding what matters most, and making the process easier for everyone involved. She brings a genuine passion for connecting people with the right places and takes pride in being the person clients can count on to get things done.
Outside of Located, Brandy is an small business owner, real estate professional, and proud mom to her son. She loves discovering new opportunities, spending time with her family, traveling, and finding ways to turn big ideas into something real. Her entrepreneurial spirit and years in hospitality have taught her that sometimes the best solution is simply to think differently—and she’s always up for the challenge.

Timothy Pappalardo (he/him/his) founded Located out of necessity: the conventional site selection process couldn't keep pace with the fast-moving, high-stakes world of event planning.
For over a decade, he has been a critical partner to a diverse roster of clients—from global corporations to non-profits—expertly placing their events worldwide. His network of professional and social connections is a direct, tangible benefit that dramatically accelerates the sourcing process for every client he serves.
Having honed his discipline and performance skills in the arts, Tim brings a distinctive perspective to the events industry. This background has naturally attracted a strong cohort of entertainment industry clients, for whom he sources complex room blocks for LIVE theatrical touring productions, feature films, and television.
Prior to founding Located, he was a planner himself. Having managed events in both the non-profit and corporate spaces, he possesses a rare, 360-degree perspective. From a simple room block to a sprawling convention, Tim has been in your shoes and knows ALL the detailed effort required to produce a stellar, successful program.
A lover of discovery, he is an avid traveler. Tim resides in New York and likes to winter in Florida. He's also the proud parent of Jett, an adorable 3-yr old Maltese/Yorkie.

Amanda L. Uribe (she/her/hers) comes to Located as an experienced arts professional with a background in both corporate and non-profit sectors.
She is the Founder of LatchKey Gallery, where she helps emerging and mid-career artists build a strong following with both private and institutional collectors. She has a wealth of experience working with contemporary art galleries, advising them on their programs and curatorial direction.
Before returning to New York City in 2011, Amanda worked with the Peruvian government on a fascinating project: connecting education with the country's incredible museums. Her goal? To use art to help young people understand and appreciate their rich cultural heritage. She worked closely with universities, archaeological sites, and renowned museums like the Museo de Arte in Lima and the Museo Larco. In 2013, her work was recognized with a Diploma of Honor from Peru's Ministry of Education.
Amanda earned her Master's in Modern and Contemporary Art from Manchester University/Sotheby's Institute in London. She actively supports the arts community by serving on committees for various non-profit organizations.

With a passion for communication and kindness, he is happy to answer any concerns or problem solve to make the best possible experience for all our clients. Working to fill specific needs efficiently is his bread and butter.
Sam is a native New Yorker and currently resides on the Upper East Side. He is an avid runner, gamer, and traveler. He also enjoys the food and theater scene, as well as a good twirl at a tea dance.
