Timothy Pappalardo (he/him/his) founded Located out of necessity: the conventional site selection process couldn't keep pace with the fast-moving, high-stakes world of event planning.
For over a decade, he has been a critical partner to a diverse roster of clients—from global corporations to non-profits—expertly placing their events worldwide. His network of professional and social connections is a direct, tangible benefit that dramatically accelerates the sourcing process for every client he serves.
Having honed his discipline and performance skills in the arts, Tim brings a distinctive perspective to the events industry. This background has naturally attracted a strong cohort of entertainment industry clients, for whom he sources complex room blocks for LIVE theatrical touring productions, feature films, and television.
Prior to founding Located, he was a planner himself. Having managed events in both the non-profit and corporate spaces, he possesses a rare, 360-degree perspective. From a simple room block to a sprawling convention, Tim has been in your shoes and knows ALL the detailed effort required to produce a stellar, successful program.
A lover of discovery, he is an avid traveler. Tim resides in New York (Miller Place, Forest Hills and Barryville) and likes to winter in Florida. He's also the proud parent of Jett, an adorable 3-yr old Maltese/Yorkie.
