Timothy Pappalardo (he/him/his) created Located because the conventional process for site selection couldn’t keep up with his fast pace and persistence to locate amazing venues.
For well over a decade, he’s helped all types of organizations — from corporations to non-profits — place events worldwide. His network of social and professional connections is massive, adding great benefit to the clients he serves.
Having earned his chops in acting (he currently performs at the MET Opera in NYC), he’s attracted a number of entertainment industry clients — sourcing room blocks for LIVE theatrical touring productions, feature films and television.
Prior to Located, Tim was an Events Manager within the non-profit and corporate sections - and comes with a unique perspective. Having been a planner, he knows ALL that it takes to produce a stellar program. From small room blocks to large conventions, Tim has planned it.
When not working, Tim loves to TRAVEL — discovering new places, while spending time with friends and family. He resides in Forest Hills & Barryville, NY, and winters in Miami Beach. Tim is the proud parent of Jett, an adorable maltese/yorkie!

Emily Pierre (she/her/hers) is excited to put her organizational and customer service skills back to work here at Located in her role as Client Services Manager.
Emily spent many years in Executive Administrative and Office Management roles at marketing and recruiting firms. She successfully supported the executive leadership team, enjoys fast pace environments and is always eager to learn more.
In her free time, Emily loves to cook! She enjoys adventures with her husband, two children and puppy. She likes to stay active by running, playing tennis and golf.

Sam Arlen (he/him/his) has been working in entertainment and customer service for over a decade. At Located, he works closely with the leadership team, helping to make the magic happen.
With a background in theater and over 10 years working in and traveling for show business, he has a unique and personal insight to what it takes to provide an extraordinary hotel and travel experience. Mike Pappalardo (he/him/his) is an accomplished public-school teacher & coach. Having played College Football, Mike understands the game at a high level and brings his knowledge and expertise to the field. For over 20 years, Mike has been coaching football, basketball, lacrosse, and track. From varsity programs to middle school teams, Mike has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to the development and success of his players.
Mike generously volunteers his time with several youth organizations: Police Athletic League (PAL), Infant Jesus Basketball, and Mount Sinai Youth Lacrosse.
In recognition of his outstanding coaching expertise, Mike was honored as a 2017 New York State & SCWBCA Coach of the Year. These awards are a testament to his hard work, dedication, and the positive impact he has made on the basketball community in New York State.
